New Ticket Structure

This is Your Opportunity to Attend for Less!

TEDxABQ is less than two months away! Tickets go on sale August 1, but we wanted to let you in on our new pricing structure first.

In response to requests for lower ticket prices, we’ll start with a limited amount of $35 tickets. Once these sell out (and they’ll sell out quickly!) the price will increase to $45. For the stragglers, the price will go up to $55.

As always, students receive a discount at $25 per ticket (one ticket per student). What’s new this year, is that ANY student can take advantage of this rate – not just UNM students, making the event more accessible to many. All attendees holding a student ticket will be expected to show their ID at the door.

For those of you planning on attending TEDxABQWomen on October 28th, you can purchase both tickets for $80. If you’re not planning on attending, you’re missing out!

A $75 VIP ticket includes early access to the auditorium to ensure you get the best seat in the house, entry to the VIP Lounge, where you’ll find refreshments and speakers, and an invitation to mix and mingle with TEDxABQ partners, speakers and volunteer at the VIP mixer Friday, September 16.

Feeling generous? A $100 Hero ticket grants you VIP access to the event and supports young people who would otherwise not be able to afford attendance.

If you are interested in applying for a scholarship or know of a group of young people who would benefit from attending, please email Beth Haley at

So mark your calendar (August 1, 10:00 am), tell all your friends, and be the first in line to buy tickets at the lowest rate.

  1. Hi, have you considered any special pricing for “seniors” — 55 and over? Would help those of us on fixed incomes who are interested in attending. Thanks.

    1. Hi Ken! Thanks so much for the suggestion. We would like to offer senior pricing in the future but for now need to focus our resources on making the event more accessible for students. In the meantime, plan to get your ticket on August 1st at 10 am for the lowest price!

    1. Hi Marty! Unfortunately, the $35 tickets went really fast. There are $45 ticket left though. Please grab a pair and join us on September 17th 🙂
